Abstract
When the law is obscure or doubtful should be resorted to various systems of interpretation and therefore must resort to interpretation, which is called Legal Hermeneutics.?? The word hermeneutics derives from the Greek hermeneutikon for them was the art of interpreting the texts? also derives from the Latin interpretatio which in turn is the verb interpret, or act as an intermediary, come to the aid of, also appoints the translator to put in layman what is in an unknown language. Interpretatio means for explanation, clarification or translation.? Máynez Garcia (1980:27) stated that "interpretation is to clarify the meaning of an expression.
