Abstract
The widespread use of information and communication technologies in the daily running of the organizations is widespread. Capacity definition and management of an ICT strategy in accordance with the objectives and the organizational structure of an institution has become an inexcusable obligation for its managers. In general, the TIC´s have the following functions in organizations: automating the administrative and bureaucratic process, necessary infrastructure for the control of management, an integral part of the product, service or production line and piece key in the design of the Organization and its activities.
