Abstract

By making measurements, measurements obtained are never exactly the same, even if the transfer is made by the same person on the same piece, with the same instrument, the same method and the same environment, strictly speaking, it is impossible to measure fully therefore always accurate errors occur when making measurements. Errors can be negligible or significant depending on the circumstances in which the measurement is given.
