Abstract

Data Mining is one of the applications included in the tools of Business Intelligence that is more unknown in the business environments. More and more companies have dashboards and business intelligence tools, but "Data Mining" solutions are harder to find. However, one of its main virtues is to identify patterns of behavior in certain processes, allowing optimization, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
