Increasingly, the demands of consumers in the current economic scenario are very relevant, especially the role played by quality and where successful companies are fully identified that this is a good competitive advantage that knows how to manage and use. Modern management is very committed as some point to continually meet the demands of an environment that is increasingly dynamic, turbulent and unpredictable. This makes necessary the adoption of a management system oriented to quality favoring achievements, set goals and make businesses more competitive. (Mayo 2008).
