dc.description.abstractLanguage alterations require difficulties in dealing with the right words at the moment of speaking, which makes it difficult to understand what is being said. The vocabulary is basic, however, it can be noticed in incorrect and incomplete short sentences, in difficulties to follow a conversation. Likewise, it is necessary to make the difference between language alterations and auditory alterations; however, sometimes there could be both alterations. Alterations of language are not usually related to listening, the subject is in the application of grammar, for example late speech, difficulty in receptive, expressive and receptive-expressive language, language alterations may be implicit in the development or be acquired in the process thereof.es
