Abstract

Planning is distinguished in strategic, tactical and operational; that is, the classification of levels of action in the organization. At the level of strategic planning, the guidelines are defined, their purpose, the organization as a whole and is long-term. Four basic elements are defined: mission, vision, philosophy and organizational objectives.
