Currently, government strategies for diabetes care are aimed at the care of the disease and not prevention. The importance of attending to the population from prevention lies in the high mortality rates and high costs that the disease or complications of this generates for a country. The objective of this review is to analyze governmental and non-governmental strategies that focus on diabetes care or risk factors that promote the development of the disease.</p>}, number={14}, journal={Mexican Journal of Medical Research ICSA}, author={Lazcano-Guevara, Oliva}, year={2019}, month={Jul.}, pages={6-12} }
