Alternatives that encourage the sustainable animal production

Abstract

The objective of this contribution is to describe some of the research carried out by the members of the Professors Group of Animal Production in the Area of ​​Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, in search of both, food and management alternatives that lead to efficiency in the production of animals without neglecting the environment and its sustainability.
