La Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, es el máximo ordenamiento jurídico de nuestro país, en la cual están plasmados los derechos y obligaciones que tenemos como gobernados. También está considerada como la Ley fundamental que crea y organiza a los poderes públicos supremos de un estado, señalando sus facultades y obligaciones; así como el límite de su campo de acción; determinando los derechos, facultades y deberes del grupo social.
Existen diferentes clases de constituciones:
• Constituciones escritas
• Constituciones no escritas
• Constituciones rígidas
• Constituciones flexibles
La constitución, también consta de varias partes tales como:
• Parte dogmática
• Parte orgánica
Hoy día los primeros 29 artículos contemplan los Derechos Humanos y sus Garantías.
La constitución Política Mexicana está dividida en 9 Títulos, los cuales contienen 136 Artículos y 19 transitorios.
El Primer Título del artículo 1º al 29 habla de los Derechos Humanos y sus Garantías; del artículo 30 al 33 de los mexicanos; del 34 al 38 de los Ciudadanos Mexicanos; el resto de artículos definen la estructura del estado mexicano.
Don Venustiano Carranza, fue el impulsor de la Constitución Mexicana de 1917. La que se reformo cuando fue presidente constitucional de los estados Unidos Mexicanos, con fecha 5 de febrero de 1917, Constitución que a la fecha nos rige.

Constitution of the United Mexican States it is the highest law of our country, in which the rights and obligations we have as governed are embodied.
