E-commerce platforms are one of the virtual tools for the marketing operation, their objective is to increase sales and reduce the costs of products and services, in mentioning these and they still have policies for the proper use of their services, it is worth mentioning that these have a double structure respectively known as front-edn which is the interface of the consumer virtual store and back –end, which is the administrator interface.
