Given that the human being is a being capable of reasoning and is therefore equipped with the ability to know the why of things, once he begins to do scientific work arises in him the need to systematize what the research, which is why the work of the investigative spirit man begins to develop their projects formally, this paper is a tool that is provided to facilitate work on the first part of an investigation, that is, the "approach Problem "and try transparent parts are needed from the beginning of an investigation and I hope will be of great help.

Partiendo de que el ser humano es un ser capaz de razonar y por ello está dotado de la capacidad de saber el por qué de las cosas, una vez que el hombre empieza a hacer trabajo científico, surge en él la necesidad de sistematizar lo que el investiga, es por ello que en el quehacer del hombre con espíritu investigativo empieza a desarrollar de manera formal sus proyectos; el presente trabajo es una herramienta que se brinda para facilitar ése trabajo en la primera parte de una investigación, que es, el “Planteamiento del Problema” e intento transparentar las partes de que debe constar el inicio de una investigación y espero sea de gran ayuda.
