dc.description.abstractDay by day the human being faces different situations that take him out of his comfort zone. Resilience is defined as the capacity to face unfavorable situations. It is about the conjunct of ablilities and attitudes that allow resist adversity and to achieve, from this, a benefit talking about growth and personal development. In the field of the prevention of addictions, the theory of resilience and risk tries to explain why some people have better answers against stresss and adversity than others, and even more they can stay safe of the problem. This can be carried out through the self-knowledge, the identification of values, interests and personal needs, besides of the detection of potencialities and limitations so resilience can be strengthened.es
