dc.description.abstractToday we value the importance of physical exercise for maintaining and improving our health, which contributes to a healthy lifestyle. But in most cases we realize how little importance we have a physically fit, and executing correctly, efficient and economical heating routine according to our features. Much less have the knowledge required to respond in case of an injury caused by inadequate exercise routine. There is a proper technique applied individually for each person, with goals, as well as factors to consider when doing these exercises that we must adapt to the physical characteristics of each of us. If performed correctly the set of exercises that are done before any physical activity will get not only a physical warming will improve our performance but avoid injuries that could trigger the muscle atrophy or concerned member.es
