dc.description.abstractArticle 27 of the Constitution in force is a clear response to the concerns of farmers and the federal government to transform the reality of the Mexican countryside, seeks to be, among others, the best means to reduce levels of poverty that exist in agriculture, with based on greater justice and freedom.
