Abstract

Article 27 of the Constitution in force is a clear response to the concerns of farmers and the federal government to transform the reality of the Mexican countryside, seeks to be, among others, the best means to reduce levels of poverty that exist in agriculture, with based on greater justice and freedom. The are contained among others, the bases that regulate the life of the field as well as the demands of the peasants of the country to have full security in the development of their actions and, above all, to be recognized as direct subjects of change.
