| dc.description.abstract | Heritage is conceived as a set of legal relations belonging to
a person and which is capable of pecuniary valuation, those
relationships are built on rights and duties ie assets and
liabilities, the importance of heritage lies in the relationship
with the person, which means the rights to an obligation.
Those assets are assets which shall consist of the assets
and rights of any person while the person is made up of the
debt burdens or charges which may be valued in money.
To speak of an estate involves the relationship with things
and the analysis of real rights being these the legal power
that a person has to act on a matter of direct and immediate
that allow its use all or part depending on the type of real
