Abstract

The request must meet certain requirements established by law, which will determine the first procedural act after receiving the judge. These requirements are diverse in nature, and compliance or omission has different effects on the process; therefore, these requirements must identify and understand the importance of compliance. The following discussion is based on the analysis and modeling of Article 253 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State establishes requirements demand.
