Financial Planning is a technique that studies, evaluates and projects the future life of a company, visualizing the results in advance, it defines the direction to follow to reach its strategic objectives, in order to improve profitability, it establishes the appropriate amount of cash, as well as financing sources, it determines the level of sales and adjust the operation expenses.
