Abstract
The purpose of this descriptive empirical study is to identify the way the cultural values of a Mexican businessmen, can positively or negatively affect their performance as leaders in a work context and the impact that is generated within the international business. It also describes the influence of the situation in the regional development of the generation of business opportunities.
