Abstract
Polytrauma is syndrome multiple injuries beyond gravity a systemic reactions to traumatic determined that may lead to a malfunction of vital organs and systems that are not directly injured, may take a patient's death. Damage control in a trauma patient is very important as we can have a systematic approach of operations medical-surgical aimed stop produce systemic inflammatory response that irreversible cell damage, and so we can avoid the deterioration of clinical condition of the traumatized. the limitation given the damage is usually very beneficial for patients, because if we give special attention to the priorities can be committed iatrogenic and thus affect the patient's life and integrity.
