Abstract

It is a proposal for action, marketers, technical and economic need to solve using available resources, which can be human, material, technological, and economic information. This consists of a series of studies to see if an idea is viable investment, will be accomplished and profits. Its objectives are to leverage resources to improve the living conditions of an individual, an organization and a community can be short, medium or long term. It extends from the intention or thought of playing anything until the end or start normal operation. Responds to a decision on use of resources with one or several of the objectives, to increase, maintain or improve production of goods or services. Every investment project aims to generate multiplier effects of the resources involved.
