Abstract
The publishing contract is the agreement of wills between the author of a literary or artistic work
and the editor, by which the first or his successor in title, shall deliver a work to the editor, who is forced by
his own account and its expense or reproduce, distribute and sell and to pay a fee to the first known
royalty.
The author has two rights regarding your work, moral and heritage, and the latter is subject to
contract and has a force that is during the life of the author and a hundred years after his death.
