Abuso de Confianza

Abstract

The presentation is a dogmatic study of the offense of abuse of trust, informed, Articles 211 and 212 of the Penal Code in force in the State of Hidalgo. In this study each of the positive elements of the offense such as are discussed: the behavior, criminality, illegality, guilt, criminality and accountability; and the negative thereof which are: the absence of behavior, atypical, justifications, absence of guilt and insanity.
