Physical education is an effective instrument of pedagogy, as helping to develop the basic qualities of man as a bio-psycho-social. Contributes to the educational activities with its scientific and interdisciplinary links then relying on the philosophy, psychology, biology, etc.. One of the objectives of physical education is to plan and carry out activities that allow students to meet their own needs for movement, after assessing the state of their physical and motor skills, both basic and specific. Defining physical and calcification The basic physical skills, also called basic physical qualities, we can define them as dispositions or characters (possibilities, that the individual possesses characteristics) innate in the individual susceptible to measurement and improvement, allowing movement and postural tone.
