Resumen

Technology and economic progress have led to that there is a great diversity of companies with different characteristics, so the type of enterprise that most pervasive in the world and in our country is the micro, small and medium enterprises. SMEs are defined as "organizations empirical, financed, organized and directed by the owner that cater to a small market (regional) also do not have high-tech production and plant employees make up the family of the" owner, reason by which are also known as family businesses"(Fischer y Espejo, 2011, p. 258).
