Competencias no técnicas en enfermería quirúrgica
Resumen
Las competencias no técnicas representan un impacto en la formación de los profesionistas, ya que las desarrollarán de acuerdo con las necesidades del entorno del individuo, ya sea en el ámbito laboral, social o personal, su propósito es lograr desafíos personales y profesionales al momento de enfrentar problemas multidisciplinarios, algunos de estas competencias son el trabajo en equipo; relación entre colegas, habilidades comunicativas; saber expresar las ideas, vinculación de conocimientos; conocer las actividades que realiza cada profesional, como se ve en el área quirúrgica donde trabajan con diferentes disciplinas. Teniendo una perspectiva diferente es necesario crear estrategias para que todos lleguen a una solución frente a una emergencia.
