Knockout: Yogur vegano vs yogur de origen animal

Este artículo establece una comparación entre los yogures comerciales: natural y vegano en términos de su valor nutricional (kcals, carbohidratos, azúcares, fibra dietética, proteínas, grasas totales, grasas saturadas, sodio y calcio), aditivos y bacterias lácticas evaluando el etiquetado comercial de los productos. Los resultados de esta investigación muestran diferencias clave entre el yogur de origen animal y el vegetal en términos de proteínas, calcio y probióticos. El yogur de origen animal destaca por su mayor contenido de proteínas de alta calidad y un calcio más biodisponible, ambos beneficiosos para la salud ósea y muscular. En cambio, los yogures vegetales, aunque son una opción viable para personas por sus preferencias en la alimentación vegana, suelen tener menos calcio y proteínas, y contienen más gomas y aditivos para mejorar su textura.
