La salud de los ejecutivos. Una propuesta de atención
Abstract
This work stands to an alternative to improve the performance of management teams, based on the healthcare in different fields: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and managerial. The design of this proposal, considers to managers of an organization within a social macrosystem, with large processing capacity and high performance; and its directors as a strategic element. The health is conceptualized as welfare status that allows the development of human potential, essential for the health of an organization; and corresponds to the means to achieve peak performance in fulfilling its mission. Public health programs do not incorporate health management actions (specific risk group), this work promotes a comprehensive health program, preventive and with welfare; unlike the existing range of services, and that is partial and restorer. Health conditions not only represent the possibility of living many rewarding experiences, are also highly profitable for the organization.
