Innovación en la Gestión Visual: Prácticas clave en Kanban digital
Resumen
La gestión eficiente del trabajo es crucial para impulsar el progreso y la sostenibilidad en diversas áreas de la sociedad; en este contexto, la ingeniería juega un papel fundamental al proporcionar estrategias y herramientas para lograrlo. Una de estas herramientas es Kanban, la cual brinda un enfoque visual para optimizar y organizar el flujo de trabajo. En tal sentido, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la gestión de visual del flujo de trabajo a través de Kanban digital enfocándose en sus prácticas. La investigación fue básica y descriptiva con un enfoque práctico para ilustrar de forma clara y sencilla la aplicación de las prácticas en un tablero Kanban digital en Trello. De esta forma, se logró aplicar las 6 prácticas de Kanban a través de un tablero digital y configuraciones en Trello, que permiten se logre una mejor e innovadora visualización, colaboración y seguimiento del flujo de tareas de un proyecto, proceso o secuencia con un objetivo
