Análisis estructural y morfológico de las nanoestructuras de ZnO-CuO/GOr sintetizadas por vía química verde
Resumen
En este trabajo, se sintetizaron nanoestructuras de óxido de zinc con óxido de cobre soportadas sobre óxido de grafeno reducido (ZnO-CuO/GOr) a diferentes concentraciones por una ruta de química verde empleando ácido cítrico como disolvente y extracto acuoso de eucalipto como reductor. Las nanoestructuras de ZnO-CuO/GOr obtenidas se analizaron morfológicamente con microscopía electrónica de barrido (MEB), estructuralmente con la técnica difracción de rayos-X (DRX) y; adicionalmente, se realizó un análisis químico estructural por espectroscopía infrarrojo con transformada de Fourier (IR-TF). La morfología superficial del nanocompuesto ZnO-CuO/GOr muestra aglomeraciones irregulares dispuestas uniformemente en la superficie de las láminas de óxido de grafeno. Los resultados de DRX indican que las nanopartículas de ZnO presentan la estructura de la wurtzita, las nanopartículas de CuO muestran una estructura en fase monoclínica. Con los espectros IR-TF se identificaron biomoléculas de -OH, -CH3 y C=O en las diferentes longitudes de onda correspondientes de las nanoestructuras ZnO-CuO/GOr.
