Evolution of women political participation: A collective historical - social commitment

Abstract

Female politician participation, begins when women pretended to leave privates spheres and they moved to public spaces, they were been social judged for not complying with the social stereotypes and roles at those eras. It is important to mention that is not a new problem, but rather, this struggle has been progressive  bearing fruits during years and as a result of the feminist disputes. The aim of this writing is make visible those  tenacious women whose fought bravely until obtain political and electoral rights and provide reflection on the  women´s evolution political participation.
