Project based learning, as a teaching strategy in the teaching-learning process

Abstract

The teaching-learning process involves the interaction between the student and the teacher. Given the current challenges of globalization, this process must meet the current needs of the actors involved, which is why the teacher committed to the process must seek and apply different strategies that facilitate their teaching work and consequently the student's learning, this being the main actor, which is why the Project Based Learning (PBL) didactic strategy is a tool that the teacher must implement in their practice, by promote transversal projects, teamwork, interest and commitment, significant learning, assignment of roles in the student, through innovative activities, the teacher works as a guide, students develop skills to carry out research, promotes critical thinking, ability to decision making, learning autonomously and generating a final product.
