Construction of a homemade solar cell
Abstract
The current conditions of environmental pollution from the use of fossil fuels are critical, therefore it is necessary to implement the use of ecological energy with the environment, since these represent an alternative to produce clean energy and are also renewable and/or inexhaustible. An example of this type of energy are solar cells, which are devices that have the ability to capture energy from the sun and convert it into electricity, which carry out a process that gives rise to solar self-consumption energy. The flowchart presented below explains the assembly process of a homemade solar cell, each of the steps to follow for its preparation is shown, starting with the required materials and indicating the procedure that must be followed to produce electrical energy. Solar cells are often put together to form larger units called solar modules, coupled to even larger units known as solar panels.
