Abstract

Through this text we will describe the “ecological triad” as the intricate and dynamic interaction between the various living beings that coexist in a common environment, where people are members of a society and are taken as hosts, pathogenic microorganisms play the role of destabilizing agents and the environment functions as the context where these relationships intertwine to ensure a balance that promotes the well-being and optimal health of all involved.
