Abstract

In the present work, an analysis is made of the elements of the legal figure of the work relationship, with the fundamental objective of being able to identify the assumptions for the existence of rights and obligations between workers and employers. To achieve the above, an investigation is carried out in the Federal Labor Law, as well as in legal doctrine and jurisprudence in order to identify the constituent elements of the figure of the employment relationship
