How does Public Health contribute to the profile of a student of health sciences?
Abstract
This document presents a mental map that includes the contributions of Public Health (PH) as a science in the profile of Health Sciences students, mentions the most relevant characteristics that must be created and strengthened in their academic training to do face their professional field and promote Health within society through interaction, problem solving in the workplace, outstanding education in the university and professional field, the behaviour they should have towards people, the level of knowledge and of course disease prevention as one of the main objectives of SP.
