Abstract

The present work takes as an intention the description of the role of the leader inside the organizations transcomplex,as a point of item the effects and circumstances that that the social, cultural, historical and technological changes have generated in the last years about the world. For it, it is necessary to know how the leaders operate in terms his aptitude to influence, to persuading and to motivating his followers. The leadership inside the organizations transcomplex demands changes both in his essence and in his form of execution, according to the maelstrom informational and the changeable reality. Assertiveness and the ability to adapt are two fundamental pillars that guide the organizational leader to face contingencies and arbitrariness that arise in their environment. Therefore, it is relevant to ask questions about the changes that the leader must carry out both in relation to himself and in the organizational sphere.

It is important, because it is the ability of a boss to guide and direct. An organization may have adequate planning, control etc. and not survive the lack of a proper leader, even such an organization may lack planning and control, but having a good leader it can get ahead.
