Abstract

The surveillance of labor is a fundamental part in the training of students that qualifying the field of obstetrics. Therefore, conducting a practice in simulation mode "sample class" for students is very illustrative and generates an instruction in the procedure for a second time to go to make a single delivery care thus reinforcing the basic learning. Following are the main objectives of the work practice of vaginal delivery (class sample):

• Identify the phases of the mechanism of labor and attention.
• Identify the dynamic factors of maternal and fetal labor.
• Identify passive maternal and fetal factors of labor.
• Identify the necessary equipment for the attention of a labor.
• List the possible complications of labor.
• Encourage a good doctor - patient relationship.
