Impact of constructivism applied by rural medical unit in the learning community

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that the health education includes learning opportunities that are a communication designed to improve knowledge acquisition and skills development that promote health. Emphasizing that primary care is the one who must be performed; for this population must acquire information, reorganize existing knowledge and even leave preconceptions. Since health staff is mostly not trained in teaching techniques and is part of their daily work community training, probably the application of knowledge by the population is inadequate, derivative acquired knowledge with limitations for construction. Materials / Methods. Type of study: a qualitative study was carried out from ethnomethodology from quasi-experimental design with narrated discourse analysis Study population: non-probabilistic sample. People attending training health staff assigned to unit medical rural of IMSS-Prospera program involved in teacher training with constructivist approach. Methodology:Comparative analysis be conducted: at the beginning and end of the intervention.
