Abstract

This paper discusses some aspects of the work of women artists who excelled in the cinematographic vanguards of mid-twentieth century, which arise after the search for a new aesthetic sensibility, in turn marking the beginning of an experimental cinema. Thus, in this cinematic extensive field research interrogates feminist discourses and dominant narratives and the relationship-culture-genre film will be.
