Trajectory tracking for robot manipulators using differential kinematics
Abstract
Trajectory tracking as an application for motion control of a robot manipulator can be developed using various mathematical and computational mechanisms. Planning by differential displacements in trajectories formed by segments of straight lines provides an acceptable approximation to a much more general scaling, both in the degrees of freedom of the manipulator in question and in the variability of the input trajectory. The results show the joint simulation between MATLAB and CoppeliaSim in the development of the applied differential method for planning and tracking trajectories on a KUKA LBR IIWA 14 R820 manipulator robot occupying three degrees of freedom.
