Desarrollo de una aplicación para MATLAB® para el cálculo y la selección de alambres de NiTi en actuadores electromecánicos
Resumen
Se presenta el desarrollo de una aplicación en MATLAB®, cuya finalidad es simplificar el proceso de cálculo y selección de alambres de NiTi (Níquel-Titanio), para su implementación como elementos de generación de potencia en actuadores electromecánicos, además de aproximar la respuesta térmica para sus condiciones de operación. El desarrollo del algoritmo del programa íntegra múltiples subfunciones creadas con base en el modelado mecánico, térmico y termoeléctrico para los alambres de NiTi. Se comprueba la efectividad del programa en el cálculo del diámetro, la longitud y en los parámetros como la fuerza de deformación requerida al comparar los resultados obtenidos con los valores recomendados por fabricantes de alambres de NiTi.
