Improving order and cleanliness conditions in the warehouse of a construction company

Abstract

The main thing in an organization is to be able to achieve the proposed objectives, with the help of all its collaborators, however, poor administration can have a negative impact on its operations, which is why the implementation of the 5'S methodology is essential since it It helps maintain order, avoids wasted time and optimizes resource management. Therefore, the objective of this work is to organize a company's warehouse to create a culture of order and cleanliness, assigning a place for each material, eliminating unnecessary pieces, in order to achieve continuous flow. An initial diagnosis was carried out to determine the necessary materials and/or tools, organize each element and establish a cleaning process that allows for continuous improvement of the organization.
