Combustion, fuels and types of fuels
Abstract
Fuels are any type of material, whether solid, liquid or gaseous, they must be capable of releasing energy when their chemical structure is changed or transformed. To generate combustion, other factors such as oxygen and heat are needed. As a result of combustion, we have mechanical, light, heat and thermal energy.
