Pathophysiology with biochemical approach of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome
Abstract
Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome is a common pathology of potentially fatal respiratory failure, it has very common predisposing factors. Is extremely ignored in our society, a great example of this is diabetes. This syndrome affects the hematosis process in the neonate due to conditions in the components of the process; such as surfactant and pneumocytes of the gas exchange barrier. The purpose of this article is to analyze and expose respiratory distress syndrome in newborns, as well as the most common causes, factors that increase the possibility of the condition and the consequences to which its evolution leads.
