Sources and means of recruitment
Abstract
In this article, the different sources and means of recruitment that are currently handled in Mexico are disseminated, their conceptualization, as well as their classification according to the space in which they are executed, either within the organization (internal), or outside the organization (external). For this, the documentary research that was carried out is based on specialized authors in this area, in addition to other resources that allow us to achieve the objective, with techniques used in the past and new methods. In the same way we will retract what are the advantages and disadvantages of each of the classifications. The different media in which companies carry out their dissemination about available vacancies in different areas will be shown. The purpose of this article is to show the interested public the alternatives they have to provide human resources to the company; In addition to serving as a tool for a candidate who is looking for a job and what type of recruitment medium best suits their profile. Currently, society focuses on electronic media (internet), to inform and be informed, leaving aside more variables to which they can go. On the other hand, past generations tend to rely more on somewhat ambiguous methods.
