Non-technical skills in sugical nursing

Abstract

Non-technical skills represent an impact on the training of professionals since they will be developed according to the needs of the individual's environment. At work, social or personal, their purpose is to achieve personal and professional challenges to face multidisciplinary problems, some of this are teamwork; relationship among collages, communitive skills; know how to express the ideas, knowledge linkage; know the activities that each professional does, as seen in the surgical area where they work with different disciplines. Having a different perspective, it is necessary to create strategies for everyone to reach a solution when facing an emergency.
