Electronic clinical record
Abstract
In the change to digitalization, the health sector needs to adapt to changes that help improve the quality of patient care. In this case, the electronic medical record is a very useful tool with great benefits that allow medical care. In the aspect of knowing a patient's medical history. The purpose of this medical informatics system is to have all a patient's information in a comprehensive system within the country.
