Comparative study of mental health in nursing students
Abstract
Mental health at the national level is one of the topics of least interest to the population in general since they associate the appearance of mental disorders with cultural, social or religious aspects, which predominate according to each region. The human being by nature has multiple characteristics in the mood, mentioning that mental disorders involve severe alterations in thinking, emotions, and behavior, which can be temporary or long-lasting. These disorders originate from a complex interaction between physical, psychological, social, cultural and hereditary factors (WHO, 2013). The present comparative study was carried out in 25 people with informed consent, which corresponds to a probabilistic sample, and 5 previously approved measuring instruments were also applied (BECK depression scale, Work stress, Bipolarity, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and HADS), analyzed by the authors of the project.
