Evolution of Occupational Health and Safety
Abstract
Occupational safety and hygiene (also known as occupational safety and health) have been the subject of interest in the different stages of the historical development of society, so the formalization of its methods and purposes, as well as state of the art (theoretical knowledge), are the result of the scientific production (research) of professionals from different specialties. This work presents the most important antecedents of the evolution of safety and hygiene at work.
